The Document Bank was the first acquisition in Florida of ISCC. ISCC has a very focused operational philosophy that is termed "Service First". ISCC's leadership has vast experience in making good companies even better. The basic premise is local leaders taking care of local clients and employees.

To accomplish this, ISCC has managers who add value each and every day via a commitment to clients and employees giving them additional tools to provide "Service First". Some of this is accomplished via subtraction by removing those activities that occur in small businesses that do not proximately benefit the client or employee (administrative tasks such as: financial management activities, regulatory reporting, insurance, etc…). In addition, ISCC provides new tools to enhance the service delivery model proven in multiple industries.
